Easier Birth
Who is this for?

Do you want your first or next birth to be quick, easy, and more comfortable?
Learn this one simple movement that you can use in your daily life to ease pregnancy discomforts and prepare your body for an easier birth.
“This birth was so much calmer and easier than my last one. I could actually feel what was happening in my body during the whole five hours, it was wild. At one point I shifted my pelvis and literally felt her move into place and then a few minutes later she was out. I didn’t even have to push.”
The Hip Hinge
Protects your pelvic floor during pregnancy and birth.
Makes birth shorter and more comfortable by making your baby’s descent easier.
Takes just a couple minutes a day to reduce tension, balance the pelvis, and make space for your baby to move - among other benefits!
All with expert guidance so you can stop piecing together random advice from social media!

Course FAQ

Maybe! But probably not. Hip hinging is a movement I give to almost every single one of my clients to improve their mobility and alignment for a better birth. It’s incredibly powerful, and it’s foundational to so many other movements used for birth prep. With that said, your unique body has unique needs, and you may benefit from additional support to best align and mobilise your body. The hip hinge in this masterclass is the perfect place to start.

The best time is right now. You can even start hinging before conception. Proper hinging is beneficial for everybody, and the more regularly you do this, the better!
-
Once you master this movement, you’ll notice opportunities to do it in your daily life. Until then, practice your favourite of the 3 versions of the hinge offered in this class once a day. You can do it during a formal movement practice, or just while you’re waiting for water to boil, or dinner to cook, or kids to tidy up. After a week or two, start playing with a different hinge variation as well. Once you start noticing that you’re hinging better when washing you face, picking things up, or other life activities, your hinge practice can be easily integrated into your daily movement, and you can ease up on more dedicated practice if you want. But most people find that it feels really good, and they enjoy hinging regularly!
You can do just 1-2 minutes a day and it will make a huge difference.
